Create an account

You need an account to go beyond the built-in example pack: it is where your Developer license, your packs and your SDK downloads come from. The Community tier needs no account at all, so you can try the quickstart first and sign up when you want custom rules.

What an account gives you#

Sign up#

The self-serve flow below is being rolled out. Each step is marked with its status; if a step is not available to you yet, use Request access instead.

1. Create your account Planned

   Go to helixor.ai/register and enter your name, work email and organization.

2. Verify your email Planned

   Open the link in the verification email. Your account starts on the Developer tier.

3. Download your license Planned

   From your account, download helixor.lic. It is issued to your organization and signed by the Helixor license authority. Put it where the runtime looks for it:

4. Download the SDK Planned

   Your account links to the SDK downloads for your platform. See SDK downloads for what is included and how to verify it, then follow Installation.

5. Check it works Available

Request access#

Until self-serve sign-up reaches you, request a Developer license from the Helixor team. Include your organization, your name, a work email and a sentence on what you want to decide. The request goes into a review queue; once it is approved, Helixor sends you:

• your Developer license file (.hxlic),
• the runtime wheel for your platform, with its SHA-256 checksum.

Email hello@helixor.ai with the subject "Developer license request". A public registration endpoint for scripted onboarding is Planned.

Keep your account secure#

• Your license is a secret. It holds the key that decrypts your packs. Never commit it, paste it into a ticket or put it in a URL. See Licensing and tiers.
• One license per environment where you can, so a leak in one does not expose the others.
• Tell Helixor immediately if a license file is exposed. Revoking and reissuing licenses from your account is Planned; today the team reissues on request.
